OUR RETURN PROCESS
Purchased items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Once your returned item is received and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 14-21 working days to your credit card (less the credit card charges) and to your bank account incase of a wire transfer.
Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Our team will then get in touch with you (email) on the next best solution.
HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN
To return an item to ANISACHEN, follow our three step process:
Return Export Invoice Our Team (email@example.com) will email you a return export Invoice, using this invoice the item should be returned via courier on ANISACHEN account which will be provided to you with the Invoice.
Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write ANISACHEN anywhere on the outside of the box.
